If you’re at the Anaheim Packing House and looking for a delicious dessert, Crepe Coop has what you’re looking for. While they may not have the visual impact of a couple of the other vendors, Crepe Cook serves freshly made crepes that are as delicious as they are beautiful.
Crepe Coop has a few specialty crepes with different spreads, fruit and gelato. Their most popular, the OG, contains nutella, strawberry, almonds, vanilla bean gelato and whipped cream. There’s also a build-your-own option as well.
Each crepe is made to order and then filled. Having eaten a burger and fries earlier, I didn’t have much room left and chose something simple – nutella and whipped cream.
The crepe was perfect, with just the lightest smear of nutella and their housemade whipped cream. My husband, who said he’d only take one bite, couldn’t resist and wound up sharing the entire crepe with me.
Make sure you save room for dessert if you come to the Anaheim Packing House. While others are lining up for Mini Monster’s cotton candy topped drinks and I Am’s liquid nitrogen cereal balls, you’ll have a shorter wait and a more pleasurable way to end your meal over at Crepe Coop.
