Restaurants may have reopened in LA for dining in, but I’m sticking with takeout for now! Picked up lunch at a local gas station mini mart, which either means that it must have really good Indian food or it’s a sad indication of what my life is now. Love the frankies @bombayfrankiela - eapecially the aloo gobhi (cauliflower and sweet potato), with chickpea spread, jeers potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, mint chutney, tamarind drizzle and raita, wrapped in naan like a burrito. I’m now stuffed and feeling like a burrito, or should I say a frankie, myself. Bombay Frankie is open for takeout and delivery. Finally made my first banana bread during the quarantine! Used the recipe I saw in the @latimesfood for banana bread with peanut crumble but only put the crumble on one side since my daughter doesn’t like nuts. The peanut crumble gives it a nice salty sweet crunch (swipe to see).
